Jackie Tite and Joan Boner the most mischievous of the mischievous seniors. Whenever they were around you just nat- urally Iooked for tacks in your chair. 3, Friendliest were Cherry Ann Crews and Lewis Stewart. They always were around to lend a helping hand and a smile to all their classmates of V.H.S. 4. Best athletes were Georgene Roberts and Val Gene Flora. They'd rather play basketall than eat. Well, nearly- 5. Most stadium . were Ruth Hook and Paul McCuan. They always made top grades and were always willing to share their knowledge.

During the entire four years which the Class of '50 worked and played at Vienna High School the new building cast a shadow of excitement and expectation over almost every important ac- tivity. Though the old building was crowded and uncomfortable, though students sat in double seats in the study halls and there was no place to put books or hang coats they assured each other that in a little while there would be an end to the inconveniences. But inconveniences did not stifle the ambition or abilities of the class. Outstanding in sports, they made up the majority of one of the school's most successful first ten in basketball. Their prom, held because of construction then in progress, off campus for the first time in years, was nevertheless suc- cessful and well-attended. Their Junior and Sen- ior plays brought to life the unforgettable ln- ner Willy . But their last year was made mem- orable by the fact that during that the new building became an actuality and the four-year dream was fulfilled. i. The decoration committee for the '49 prom: J.
