Wonders of Air Conditioning Explored in Lab VICA 2197 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, under the guidance of Steve Wiggins explores the mysteries inside air conditioners and refrigerators. The pre-employment lab setting refines skills in heating, refrigeration and air conditioning service. Students assist in the annual Vocational Fair held each spring and compete in district competition with projects and skill olympics.
