H , . , , 141247: :1 ' S -- Geroge Zapata Chuck Zavesky Orlando Zepeda Lisa Zuniga True friendship Friends play an important part of our everyday lives. But, what really makes a person be considered as a true friend? A true friend is someone who would accept you for what you are, not for who they would like to believe you are. They are comfortable to be around, so you can relax and be yourself. You talk and learn about them, -f' 121 ' 1 qEf5fsqgfti?Eaf,g:wif--Y , f Y i- 1- l'-Q7-iiili . a..,.N what they like to do, what kind of life that they want for themselves, and how they feel about you You can confront them with anything and know that the word goes no farther. A true friend will always be there when you really need them. You can laugh with them, cry with them, or just gripe at them because they hap pen to be the only one that will listen to you. As you become closer, a friend will know when you need to talk and when you would rather be left alone. A good friend truly cares about your hopes, dreams and goals and will strive to help you reach out and grab them. 52 f seniors

l Benlors reflect on past As seniors, we look back on the four long years of igh school and wonder how it went by so fast. Where id all that extra time go to? Remember when we zere counting down the days? Well, now the magical ine has come and gone as fast as any other brief en- bunter in one's life. We realize that it's over and it does hurt to know that many friendships have been lost. We will go our separate ways and live our own lives one day at a time. When the final page of our childhood has been turned, we will forget the bad times and hang onto the hundreds of good memories that we will always hold dear to us. seniors X 53
