To obtain membership, students must be on the Stingaree Yearbook or Victorian Newsmagazine staff, and be in the top third of their class academically. As members, they receive a stick pin, and a subscrip- tion to Quill 81 Scroll magazine. As a service roject, Quill and Scroll does public relations work For the American Heart Association.
