A night to remember The Community Center Dome was the setting for the Iunior and Senior Prom. This year's theme was All That Glitters. The Iunior Class did a superb job in preparing a night of glitter for the Seniors. It was a night for all to remember. At the dance, refreshments were served to all who attended, entertainment being provided by the Drifters. Thanks to the Iunior Class and sponsors, the prom was a great success. Mariorie Vickers and Billy Traylor Awards Connie Martinka he Billy Traylor and Marjorie Vickers Awards are sented each year to outstanding graduates. The y Traylor Award is given in honor of Billy Traylor, x was an outstanding scholar and athlete for Patti ,der High School from 1920-1924. It is awarded to outstanding male athlete with commendable Jlarship and character, Wayne Barefield, this r's recipient, is a member of the Varsity Basketball a and National Honor Society. Wayne Barefield The Marjorie Vickers Award is given in memory of Mrs. Marjorie Vickers, who was a devoted teacher and administrator for many years, and is awarded to the senior girl who best exemplifies the qualities of scholarship, leadership, and character.
