Stingarettes celebrate w w 4 i l t i i l 4 w l 25 years of excellence The first girls basketball team in Victoria was organized at Patti Welder High School in 1957. This team played a schedule of eight games, losing all eight. Since that year the Stingarettes have been state finalists seven times, winning first place three of those times. They are known throughout the state for their fine attitudes, determination, and outstanding talent and Victoria High School is pro- ud to back such dedicated champions!
