ACCESSORIES: Gold jewelry was worn more to achieve a more glittery look along with metallic purses and belts. KNICKERS: Knickers were a short pair of pants worn to accent the legs. BOOKS: One, two, three, etc. These words were heard in P.E. classes, at home, and at the People were concerned with keeping fit. TAPES: Music was still as popular as ever whether be Foreigner 4 or Alabama. People were buying more and more cassettes to achieve better fidelity and louder sound. Boys' 81 Girls' SHIRT: For comfortable and inexpensive shirts people bought Izod and Ocean Pacific. For the ones with a more expensive taste, Polo was worn. BLAZER: To give a person a more dressed but comfortable look, a blazer was worn with jeans or dressy pants. STEREO: Sounding great was a big hobby. People were buying more equipment to show off more sound. The louder the sound the better. RUBIK CUBE: The mystery of colors. The four-sided cube with the different colors was a challenge to all. PANTS: Iordache was sweeping the campus, but the traditional Levi and Wrangler were still popular as ever. We saw it all happen During this past year, the countries of our world have experienc- ed many eventful moments together.
