LRC: a perfect place One of the nicest places to spend time at Victoria High is the Learn- ing Resource Center. Many students have found it to be a perfect source of reading material, resource information, or the latest issue of their favorite magazine. Other than books, the LRC offers many other forms of information and is the home of teaching equip- ment available to all classes. Students can check out books for a period of two weeks, after which time a fee of 511: per day overdue is charged. Magazines may be kept overnight.
