Bill jenkins - valedictorian William Herndon Ienkins III graduated from Vic- toria High School with a grade point average of 10064. In addition to maintaining this fantastic CPA, Bill was a dedicated member of the Varsity Tennis Team, secretary of both Science Club and Key Club, president of National Honor Society and a member of I.E.T.S. He was named to Whois Who Among American High School Student as well as Who's Who at VHS. He was awarded both the National Merit Letter of Commendation and the DAR Good Citizen Award. Bill will attend Rice University in Houston. Rami El-Mahmoudi - salutatorian Rami El-Mahmoudi, our Salutatorian, challenged Bill with a grade average of 10026. His accomplishments are numerous. They include several awards from organiza- tions such as the American Cancer Society, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force and Eastman Kodak. He also advanced to the In- ternational Science and Engineering Fair twice during high school. At VHS, Rami was selected as French Student of the Year, Most Likely to Succeed, and he was named to Who's Who. He was also treasurer of both NIHS and NHS, and vice-president of Science Club.
