Is it the administration or the professors? Is it the homework? Is it fun, friends, and fellowship? Indeed, it is all these things, but it is more. It is people, it is students. This year, 1964, at Victoria College, it is YOU . . . This lias been a memorable year ... a happy year, a sad year, a productive year. A year of initial college experience for some and a year that signalized the halfway mark for others. Two death- left an indelible mark on the V.C. campus. The assassination of President John Kennedy plunged the campus into a shocked, motionless Friday afternoon. Even closer to us, the death of Mr. Robert Moore left his students and co-workers with a sense of deep loss. This is YOUR book, about YOUR year at Victoria College. The PIRATE staff and I have tried to capture the memories for you. This is IT . . . The 1964 PIRATE.
