Jan and Bill take that long walk into the world. It was a pleasant evening, May 29» 1977, when the 59 graduating Seniors walked their last few steps down memory lane. Mr. Roy Kramer, football coach at Cen- tral Michigan University, was our guest speaker. Mr. Stratton Mr. Bollinger, and Mr. Erskin handed out our diplomas as Mr. Wood read off our names. It was a moment we all will remember, but it is now time for each of us to go our separate ways. Mr. Erskin, Mr. Stratton, and fir. Bollinger hand out diplomas.

LORI HORTON SALUTATORIAN LORI L. HORTON VALERIE WALKER VALEDICTORIAN VALERIE DEE WALKER This years Salutatorian is Lori L. Horton. Lori was born on June 6, 1959. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Craig Horton. Her future plans include attending Great Lakes Bible College perhaps entering into the business world. Vestaburg has been the greatest because it is a small school where everybody knows each other and every- body is freinds. This years Valedictorian is Valerie Dee Walker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Walker. Val was born on January 1, 1959» She plans on attending Montcalm Community College where she will complete her Associates Degree in the Executive Secretary Program. Val has truly enjoyed her two years at Vestaburg High School and feels she wouldn't trade them for anything in the world.
