Drum Major Chris Stratton This year Chris was awarded the Arion Foundation award for outstanding Musical Achievement. This award is based on the recipients musical ability and his contribution to the betterment of the band. Majorettes Claudia Throop and Lynn Welch The P 0 s 1 R T E I A V C E T I O N The Positive Reaction consisting of Mike St. Peter, Doyle Wood, Kerk DeHart and Skip Blaquiere were t! winners of the 1968 Area Battle of the Bands held at Greenville. By winning this title they were given a cha to compete at the State Semi-Finals in Muskegon. We are all VERY proud of the guys and wish them lots ol luck in the future. 8
