CLOSE TO In preparation for the homecoming festivities, students began to work hard on their floats and the hall to exemplify the theme “Close to Midnight. On Friday, October 16, the parade proceeded at Hole Field with the floats and the court. The court included: Freshman representatives Missy Simon and Kevin Bergman, Sophomores Stacie Dirksen and Mike Williams, Juniors Sheri Griesdorn and O.J. Mills, and Seniors Aimee Stuck and Dan Watren. Senior candidates included Angie DiSalvo, Christi Fields, Rhonda Grillot, Brenda Groff, and Stacie Hoelscher. The boys were Matt Barga, David Buxton, Lee Knore, Craig Prenger, and Doug Slagle. Both the king and queen were announced at the game and King Lee Knore and Queen Rhonda Grillot happily reigned over their subjects.
