This year’s prom was made special by using Lionel Ritchie’s song Truly” for the theme. The dance was held at the K of C Hall from 9:00 to 12:00. Arriving at the hall were tuxedoed gentlemen and beautifully gowned women. Balloons, a bridge, a gazebo and a fountain decorated the hall. Libby Prakel and Harold Phlipot reigned as prom king and queen. Court consisted of Kris Bohman, Kathy Drees, Mindy Prenger, Nancy Poling, Jeff Ruschau, Don Frantz, Brian Collins and Kevin Ahrens. The K of C Hall hosted after-prom which began at LOO. Everyone danced to the sound of Disco Z until 3.00. The senior class of 1984 cordially thanks the junior class and Miss Gerber for making their last prom a successful one.
