During the year the chapter had many activities. These included the bake sales, square dances, skating party, style review, radio program. Mother and Daughter Tea, and many other parties. Our Chapter Theme for this year is “to provide wholesome individual and group recreation.” One of the big projects this year is the chapter trips which the girls will take in the spring. Freshmen go to Dayton, Ohio for a day, the sophomore girls spend a day in Columbus, the junior girls go to Chicago, Illinois for a weekend, and the senior F. H. A. girls spend a memorable week in Washington, D. C. We enjoy all of our F. H. A. activities and are proud to be F. H. A. members of the Versailles Chapter. —11— Mary Ann Broerman ’59
