x My 5ENlL7Fi'5 Dean's Farewell AREWELL to the class of 1932! We say it with regret when we think of parting with you, but with earnestness when we think of the real meaning of the words. We hope that you will fare well in all that you are about to undertake, whether it is con- tinued study or immediate work of other kinds. We shall miss you in the High School life where you have been such a self-evident factor for the last four years. May you take with you the energy you have shown here, as you go on to college, or to business, or to the making of your own homes! Take with you also the principles of honesty and right living for which you are proud to have your High School stand! Always you will have the interest of your schoolmates and teachers who will be ready to encourage you in your progress, and to rejoice with you in your successes. So go forth, 1932, with all your you- th and enthusiasm, looking for new worlds to conquer ! It is your privi- lege to help the present world change the spelling of the word that will con- front you on every side, and to make this a dePRESSiON year. May you have the strength and vision to 'fpress on toward the deve- lopment of all your varied plotentiali- ties, and so to lives of happiness and usefulness! M. Imogene Cook. l6l
