This is accomplished by elec- ting representatives from each of the classes, 9 through 12. Among various activities which the Council directs are selecting special assembly pro- grams, chartering buses, selling refreshments at games, and supervising the elections in the school. Mr. Anderson, as sponsor of the group, and the officers do their best to settle disputes which arise occasionally. Just as our nation strives to comply with the Constitution of the United States, the Student Council follows the principles of its Constitution. One example of a highly successful project was the joint Student Council dance with Oakmont The Council can be justly proud for, in view of the success of this dance this will be a yearly project.
