On the hardwood he always played a beautiful game as guard. Q E Vves xchrxit, LARLENE HIGHT This little red head came to Verona in her sophomore year She was an active member of the Leader s Club and a cheerleader in her senior year Ernie would like to be a secretary after graduation SEQVLXJHYQ RHODUSKA BRIGHT Brains and beauty go hand in hand for this member of the National Honor Society Ducky did a remarkable job in both our plays She was an ardent sports fan and belonged to the Leader s Club Thiel College will occupy Ducky s time after graduation Vx , ,- 2. , ,wklfr g X

I 4'k 0000 Oo SLNIOR CLAvS Looking back over our high school days we find many happy memories freshmen we finallyhad the privilege of taking part in high school life that year we were not permitted to have any plays but we made up for it our class party Then came oursophomore year when wewere privileged to join more clubs had a Dig dance that year and started a new project in the school our school days Before we knew it we had begun our unior year Our dance The Autumn Frolic' was well attended and the proceeds went to our greatest achievement the Junior Senior Prom we had several record dances bake sales and the Junior play 'Men Are Like streetcars blnally on May 25 wxth the gym beautifully decorated in a Chinese Theme we had the annual prom At last our long awaited year came Adding to our list of successful projects through our high school days we gave another great play The Big Bluff At the class picnic however we were somewhat saddened by the realization that this was our last informal get together Class Night and Commencement exercises brought our high school days to a close O o 11 Iiillllh As .' ,f IH 1 ' r r at vi vu We , , . paper, HThe Gremlinn. inf- Y ke Lal NICK DEVITA The casanova of our class was Nick and playing them all was his favorite game Nick played a good part ln both our plays The newest style of clothes could al ways he found on Nick Did you ever notice that smile of h1S7 JIM DORSEY J1m was the football hero of all our games and the name 'Dorseyn always haunted the other teams Undoubtedly Jim was one of the finest backs ever turned out by He also succeeded in giving all the girls a hard time FRANK FALSO Frank played football for four years and was our varsity center for three of those years He always had time for the girls if for nothing else He did a fine job in the Senior class play LOUISE FLAJNIK Wherever there was fun to be had you could find Fizz She was a mem ber of nearly every clubln the school and always did her bit to help She was one of the most popular girls ln Verona besides being an excellent student Her lively strutting made her an asset to the band f the class of '32 Always on hand with a smile GEORGE HENDERSON GGOFBG VBS the JOKE? 0 and a joke for everyone was UBlg Georgen H8 represented our class on the gridiron for four years and was our point after touchdown specialist SHIRLEY HERRON uSh1r1' displayed her literary talents in the Staff Club and as editor of the Gremlin She was a whiz on the basketball floor and did s tfne job in the Junior class play The Commercial course was Sh1rley's choice and we know she will surely suc ceed in her chosen career as a Deaconess o 4 Q ' .l X.
