g Scene Th ree President Bernie Wagner Vlce Presudent Martha Thaner Secretary Mary Lou Lyter JUNIOR CLASS We now have only one year left at Verona High School When we entered our freshmen year we were all eager to see what hugh school was like Some of us were able to joan more clubs than others and t partlcnpate un football and basketball In no time at all we were sophomores and the upper classmen began to notrce us Already we were trying to make money for the prom We held several candy and cookie sales but our best project was the news paper The Gremlm The newspaper was a success so we decuded to continue nt In our lunuor year On the last day of our sophomore year we held a record dance whzch was well attended At last our junnor year arrived We held the flrst bug dance of the season Autumn Froluc Although we dnd not have an orchestra we deco rated the gym and made a bug affair of lt We contunued our fremlnn and held more bake sales Funally It came time for our play We work ed hard to make It a success At last came the long awaited occasion our prom After It was over we knew lt was worth the hard work and effort Next year as sensors we plan to make It as successful a year as were our other years ,F . . l ' 1 I - 11 - 11 - . . , I ' I ' . . . - ll - 11 1 Q' . . . 1 .
