We K HOWARD DOUDS Supervising Principal SINCE I FIRST came to Verona High School, Mr. Douds has always been willing to help me with my problems. Not only me, but anyone in the whole school. When I get into trouble, Mr. Douds always seems to understand but still he always punishes me. Although he doesnlt teach any classes, Mr. Douds is an accredited mathematics teacher. Mr. Douds shows an interest in the well-being of every student, through his constant attention to our grades and our conduct. When I go out into the world next year, I shall certainly rem- ember the guidance given to me by Nlr. Douds. wwf' R . OLGA JAN KOVICH School Secretary A GRADL'ATE OF Verona High in '48, Olga was a member of the Girls Glee Club and the Y-Teens, and she has proven herself fast on her feet in basketball. Being pretty and having a nice personality has won her many friends. Olga took the General Course in her Senior year, but went to Princeton School for Secretaries at night to complete her studies. She is now the secretary of the Verona Public School. Her pleasantness and helpfulness is known to both students and teachers through Verona Schools.
