CA ERA CL B The Camera Club offers boys experience and training in various areas of photography: taking and developing and printing pictures, and learning more about the care and use of the camera. Members of the club are responsible for taking many pictures around the campus of various school activities to be used in the school magazine and yearbook and in publicity releases. ln the fall Mr. Leon S. Cay, V.A. 702, a trustee of Middlebury College, gave a fine talk on his recent trip to South America with Mrs. Cay. He illustrated his travelogue with a number of beau- tiful color slides. In the winter Mr. Bosworth showed colored slides and photographs he took last summer out West. In the spring the Camera Club enters the Vermont State Camera Club Exhibit at Manchester. At the close of the year the club exhibits for commencement visitors the cream of the current year's crop of pictures. The rifle range in the basement of Jones Hall gives Rifle Club members an opportunity to sharpen their shooting eyes as well as to practice safe rifle procedures. Following the sports season in the fall, hunting enthusiasts can be seen combing the surrounding hills in search of deer and game birds. MJ. Blaek and-Mr. Chivers and other members of the faculty escorted these hunting groups on their forays.
