MUD BOWL ’86 ... LYNK ESTATE The 2nd of October the day was overcast. As the fourth period bell rang a deafening, but familiar chant emitted from the Senior Section ‘ Road Trip!! We were off to the Lynk Estate. Screaming Seniors jumped from the bus and deployed around the estate in various games, (i.e. volleyball, basketball, swimming, and FOOTBALL.) What appeared to be a field of solid earth and grass suddenly transformed into a mass of mud and slithering bodies. After a grueling game of football, we all took a refreshing dip in the once crystal clear pool. Even the advisors took part in the festivities, however UNWILLINGLY. Thank you Mr. Lynk for the use of the Lynk Estate. 17
