' iV ' It is indeed an honor for us to be associated with Vergennes Union High School. We all owe a debt of gratitude to the citizens of the five communities whose taxes made this beautiful institution a reality. Now it is up to us, as faculty members, to do our utmost to motivate each student to work to the best of his ability; and as students, to realize that one only reaps in accordance with one’s efforts. Let us all cooperate so that we can justly say that Vergennes Union High School offers the young people of this area an excellent, well-balanced, and enriched education, which will help us all to grow academically, physically, and socially. The formation of a union high school district necessitated the creation of the Vergennes Union High School Board. Each town's representation on the board is determined by the number of students enrolled in the Vergennes Union High School. At the present time this board consists of seven members. MR.
