R EDITORIAL The spirit of progress is the spirit of Ventura. There is no more outstanding example of this than in the Ventura City Schools. Two years ago the students of Ventura High School were given a new high school building. Today they look forward to another new building-a senior high and junior college. : Words cannot express the appreciation of the students. The people , of Ventura have expressed their confidence in youth by action and Z money appropriations. Youth can repay them only by actions. Progress in education is evident. Page Eight
