FRC CUR PRE IDE T So send I you -these words of our Lord first addressed to His disciples are no less applicable to you who, today, we send forth in His name. The world into which we send you is in many ways a vastly different world than that which faced those early disciples, and yet in some ways it is very similar -it is a hostile world-a world, if anything, more impervious to the claims of the Gospel we are com- missioned to preach. The ambassador of the Cross en- joys no special privileges-you must be prepared, if need be, to suffer for Christ's sake, but remember that He who said. So send I you, also said. Lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the age.
