The King's Messengers quartet, the official college deputation team for the spring and summer of 1958, consisted of two brother-sister combinations. They were Paul and Naomi Maloney of Pontiac, Michigan, and Dick and Betty Klein of Oakes, North Dakota. In the spring they traveled through Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and Iowa, with Mrs. Eleanor Rutgers Partridge, their accompanist, and Mr. Walter Tink, voice instructor. Miss Judy Grosvenor joined the group for summer tour as the accompanist. Mr. Harris and Mr. Blackstone traveled with them as their sponsors until Mr. Tink joined them in july. North and South Dakota, and Nebraska were added to the list of states toured during the summer.
