The school year 1950-'51 proved to be an interesting and busy one for the Juniors. The first big event was the production of a delightful comedy, Bill's Night Out. It was a great success. Another money making project was that of selling programs and pencils with a basketball schedule on them, at all home games. The only other one was a paper drive held near the end of the year. A Christmas party was held at the home of Nancy Ellen Davies. Everyone had a marvelous time and enjoyed the games, gifts, and refreshments tremen- dously. A high school party sponsored by the Juniors featured a magician and was enjoyed by all who attended. Our great high light of the year was the PROM on April 27, when the Juniors were hosts to the Seniors. On this memorable evening the gymnasium was turned into a gay and hilarious circus ground where anything could and did happen The class of '52 was well represented in all musical activities. Twelve Juniors added musical tones in the band and all but three of the nineteen took an active part in the Glee Clubs and mixed chorus. In sports, three boys made the first five varsity and four played reserve. Ten Juniors were represented on the Parrot Staff and two on the Reminder Staff. 15
