CLASS HISTGRY In commemoration of the Centennial ofthe Gold Rush days of our forefathers, we, the Class of '49, so wish to stake a claim, not on mineral content but on the knowledge that will leave the portals of V. H. S. this year. This knowledge, though not precious in the same sense as gold, will be of great value to us all in the future.
