The members donated fish for the 15 gallon tank, which was displayed in the library. The club went on a field trip to Ostland's Pet Paradise where Mr. Ostland gave a talk on tropical fish. In addition, they saw a number of films on ecology and tropical fish. Some of these interests were coin col- lecting, models, archeology and anthropology. Several hikes in- cluding an overnight exploration to a site of historical interest were planned. The Discovery Club ar- ranged a field trip to La Purisima Mission. They were also guests of the Lompoc Historical Society at L- a dinner meeting. , F Q-as XXX.. N.
