ACKNCWLEDGEMENTS 1969 has been very good to all who have lived and shared in the revolving experiences here at Vandebilt. Throughout this kaliedescopic bookwe have relived changing times with changing people, and given all the chance to view Vandebilt's life throughan ever changing lens. The Campus Light thrives on the characters who are portrayed within this book. But there are others, working behind the scenes, who are a great asset to the staff throughout the year. We take this page to acknowledge the time and effort of those who would otherwise go un- noticed. We extend our deepest appreciation to: The Staff of Taylor Publishing Co., especially Mr. Buck Anderson: Mr. and Mrs. Walker - Darrell DeMoss Studio: The Houma Guide: The Houma Courier: Brown's Thrift City Pharmacy: and especially to our advertisers: the faculty and students of Vandebilt: Br. Alfred and The Terrier staff: Mr. Kenney and the Journalism Class: a special thanks to Sr. Magdelene and her willing support, as well as to the mothers of the staff members for theirs. This book, in itself, expresses the gratitude of the staff to all who support it. It expresses our thanks to one person inparticular, who has come a long way since September - Sr. Marjo- rie, our moderator. Without her devoted time and sincere interest, you would not be reading these acknowledgements today. No words can express the feelings of The Campus Light staff: but two words which are used most often, seem to go a long way - THANK YOU TAYLOR PUBLISHING COMPANY VN Wovhfl luv Volrboull Au
