Q lvl lsr'-.su aovERuu1l'cNN.Nf Us U The annual Youth Seminar was held at Vandebilt this year in conjunction with Brotherhood Week which is sponsored by the National Council of Christians and Jews. Representatives from the five high schools in the parish were divided into six discussion groups of various topics. Much was done during the year to extend the work of the patriotism group. A parade and program were successfully held due to the enthusiastic response and cooperation of all. The success of the Seminar first became evident in the enthusiasm with which the representatives took part. And because of its success, the spirit of brotherhood has once again become alive in all of us. The group leaders were: Judy Mclntire, Maria Duplantis, Randy Alfred, Chris, Guidroz, Melanie Marcello, and Emie Robichaux. Sister Edward Paul and Senior girls prepare refresh- ITISIIIS.

The Second Sadie Hawkins Dance, spon- sored by the Sophomores, fashioned the typical style of Dogpatch. The court, selected at the dance was, Ma Yokem-Mary Ann Trapp, Pa Yokem, Roche Ourso, Lil Abner--Barry Blackwell, Daisie May- Janice Bergeron. The Backyard supplied the music. Father Time, Mel, kept the moment magic.
