BOYS' LEAGUE Under the supervision ol Wil, liam Lothspeich and the presi- dency of Ron Wells, the Boys' Leaque has successfully staged the following annual events- September IO- Get Acquaint- ed Dance, October 29-Red and White Day, December I7-White Christmas Ball, April 6-Dads' Night. Besides the above protects, the organization presented assem- blies, sponsored a Trap dance, and provided consultation and advice for all VHS boys. GIRLS' LEAGUE To familiarize sophomore girls with the high school's varied cur- riculum and activities, the annual Big Sister program was conducted under the chairmanship of Ruth Elaine Jutila, Corresponding Sec- retary. Other events included: October 27-Mix, December 9 -Cabinet Party, March I8-Tala. ln addition, pennies were col- lected for the March of Dimes and several assemblies were pre- sented.
