Nm'1'rlu1'y Sgt,-ut-.lrms Boys' League This year the Boys' League had a well- rounded calendar of events that included ev- ery boy in school. Among the many projects carried out were the inauguration of a Trap- per Red and White Day and the sale of foot- ball buttons. Leading the list of social events were the an- nual White Christmas Ball and Dads' Night. Assemblies held once each month presented interesting speakers in different vocatonal fields as well as programs put on by several colleges. Other projects included collection of canned food for the needy at Christmas, selling cokes at football games and presenting a Boys' League program to both junior high schools. Vancouver was particuarly well repre- sented in state wide meetings, with two Van- couver girls holding offices at the Southwest Washington Conference, and with our coL presidents attending the Leaders' conference. Events included Big Sisters helping new girls, selling cokes at games, the Costume Mix, the annual Tolo dance, a fish pond at the Trap carnival, and regular Girls' League as- semblies throughout the year.
