Conover Mr. Conover as Boys' Adviser in Vancouver High School has made it possible for all boys to confer with him personally about their present difficulties and their hopes for the future. He has assisted greatly with such projects as the Boys' League Assemblies, the Smoker, and Dad's Night. Mr. Conover has made the boys realize that he is hon- estly interested in them individually and in their welfare. He always finds time for the little things which mean so much. He is an impartial arbiter in diflicult decisions, an experienced counselor, and a good friend.
