RICHARDCLAY PETER BROWNRICG Rick came to V C from Saint Pauls Parish five years ago Since then he has played football, hockey and track He has been on the student council since then and was known for giving a hand in organizing the high school socials He has also written for the Voice from time to time On weekends Rick skis and when not skiing he parties Next year see ' s Rick at U B C in the Faculty of Science ROBERT GIOVANNI CAVERZAN Hollywood Bob came to College eight years ago from the East End of Vancouver He has actively participated in the intramurals and in his senior years earned his Varsity letter as a member of the Fightin Irish Wrestling Team His most memorable moments have been walking into french class to the smiling face of Mr Bell During his free time, Rob can be found cruising the strip in Da Monz, or just hitting the town with the boys When the time came for homework, Rob will always be remembered for his famous saying, Don ' t sweat it cause you ' ll regret it. Rob ' s plans for the future are to go to University after travelling Europe to visit his many relatives DAVID JAMES CANVIN Day by day, Dave makes his way to College from East Vancouver where he completed elementary school During his five years at V C he played grade eight and J V football and has played on the Varsity soccer team this year Among Dave ' s many interests are skiing, girls, rock and roll, partying, and good times with buddies Dave ' s future plans are still undecided but he is considering studying in the field of electronics at B C I T BRIAN JOSEPH ANTHONY COADY Brian has attended Eric Hamber and Winston Churchill as well as Vancouver College Brian participated in track and field running for Vancouver College and the Vancouver Olympic Club He also enjoys skiing and swimming Following graduation Brian will continue his education elsewhere ROBERTO HORACIO CARVALHO Robert has been commuting from Richmond for five years. Since grade eight he has maintained a good academic average which he is sure will enable him to enter the Faculty of Science at UBC, where he plans to attend Med School Other than playing grade 8 football and par- ticipating in the Intramural Program, Robert has concerned himself more in the academic field than in the school sports program Before coming to College, Robert attended Lester B Pearson High School in Ottawa, where he lived for 6 years His interests include guitar playing, listening to rock music, and all sports LIAM JAMES COUCHLAN Liam first came to V C in grade 8 as a resident student from Saint Ann ' s Academy in the metropolis of Kamloops Since then Liam has taken on many challenges such as becoming the Voice editor, managing the football team and in his senior year playing on the Varsity Football team He was also active in the In- tramural Program and the Student Council as well as cheering on all Irish teams Liam ' s favorite pastimes include downhill skiing in season and getting rich year round Liam hopes to attend UBC next year 28

GERALD RAYMOND BELGARDT Gerald came to College five years ago from St Patrick ' s Elementary Since then he has been on the honour roll consistently and worked on the Collegian in grade ten as typing editor After graduation Gerald plans to enter the Faculty of Science at U B C LAWRENCE D BELL Larry came to V C. three years ago, returning from schools in northern BC and Montreal Since coming to VC, Larry has participated in the school band playing the clarinet and tenor sax Outside of school Larry enjoys skiing, swimming, and his car After graduation his plans include the Commerce Program at U B C RANDY LEE BILESKY Randy came to Vancouver College five years ago from St Pauls School in Richmond Since his entry into College, Randy has been involved in wrestling, football, hockey and an active participant in the intramural program When he is not in deep study, Randy can be found playing tennis, baseball, skiing or recording the odd album in his studio He plans on attending U BC in the Science program and then becoming a tax free millionaire in the Bahamas RONALD STEVEN BOCUSZ Ronald came to the sophisicated College life from North Vancouver 2 years ago and has remained ever since Other than studying, his school life was spent enthusiastically par- ticipating in intramurals and lunch time sports School aside, most of his time was spent working and he was involved in various water sports. University is in his future, along with other less formal methods of continued education 27

MICHAEL BRENT DONE JOSEPH MICHAEL PATRICK DOYLE GEORGE STEVEN DUDAS Brent came to V C in grade six from Kerrisdale School An avid science fiction fan, photographer, and film maker, he is known for sporatic cinematic productions for various classes during grades nine, ten and eleven This has been his third year on the yearbook darkroom staff Brent plans a career in films or business Atlas he ' s not. An inferior complex he ' s got! An almost twelve year man, Joe has been trodding the halls of V C for eleven years, since returning to Canada from Portland, Oregon Over the years, he has participated in football, track and Varsity basketball Outside of school he plays golf, tennis, hockey, and even some skiing Somewhere in between he must have found time to study, because he has remained high on the honour roll in all his years at College His future plans are to attend UBC to study commerce, followed by law or ac- counting MARK ANDREW ELLERY Mark came to us five years ago from Saint Mary ' s Elementary School After participating in grade 8 track he settled down for a more serious academic schedule, but still constantly participated in intramurals and other school activities His hobbies include partying and sports. After graduation Mark hopes to take up a career in Accounting George arrived at College 9 years ago from Maple Grove Elementary School Over the years he has participated in elementary track and basketball but then dropped school sports to concentrate on academics On weekends George can be found skiing at Whistler or involving himself in sports His goal after graduation is to attend BC I T or U BC and pursue a career in the Computer Sciences ' Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who is the . . .
