Mr. Robert Baker, as principal of Van Wert High School, has a very diversiiied job. He has performed services from carrying chairs and repairing microphones to substi- tute teaching. His sense of humor and patience are appreciated by everyone. Mrs. Wilbur Shaw, informally known as Alice Ann, is Mr. Bakeris secretary. Her job ranges far beyond that of a regular secretary and extends to the position of special counselor. 4 Mr. Ralph Gallapoo, the guidance director of Van Wert High School, has proved to be a very valuable advisor for all the students. He aids those with problems, those who need jobs, and anyone who is unsure about college.
