These boys have left a spirit which will never die as long as there shall be graduation days at Van VV'ert High School. We have plaques, memorials, and a service flag to remind us of our boys: but none of these is actually needed for they continue to Walk the corridors with each outgoing Senior and incoming Freshman. Our boys have set a record which will withstand all time and being until peace shall again rule the World. With a record as shining as this-and boys as gallant as they-We feel that this dedication is only fitting and proper. lt may be small, but We hope that it will be mighty in the coming courses of their lives. A book filled with Words and memories seems trifling and insignificant compared with the forever-lost graduates of our Van Wert High School.
