m I am assigned the responsibilities of disci- pline at Van Horn. It is my duty to work with those students who get into difficulties with their teachers or other students at school. I want most to see each and every student at Van Horn to make the most out of the opportunity for an education. Students should bear in mind that the price to pay for a good education is very little compared with the price to pay for the lack of an education. Though many students may not believe this before their school years are over, life will sooner or later make believers out of all of you.
