Ruthann Cobb was Homecoming queen at the Mt. Blanchard game and Marsha Poe, Ruth Philpott, and Sandra Lentz were her attendants, and our play, Books and Crooks was a huge success. Our plans for the remainder of the year are many, and the climax will be commencement in May. After that, we will enter the world with the hope that in some way the Class of 1959 from Van Buren High School will make some sort of history.
