DONNA HUTCHIN- SON was in charge of the interior decorations, CHARLES SPENCER, the Dramat- ics Club advisor, working with ANN HYDORN and LYNN SWANSON who are to be in charge of the Speech and Art Departments, plan to pro- duce three plays the first year. The bill was passed after vigorous debate in Congress under the leadership of DONALD BAIER, Speaker of the House. Vice President SALLY ELDRED stated to the press that she was in favor of the bill al- though Secretary of State LARRY BEIR strongly opposed it.
