DEAN OF MEN Dr. Luther Koepke, Dean of Men, acts as counselor to all male students and super- visor of their activities. He is also the ad- visor to the Interfraternity Council and Alpha Phi Omega. As the Universityls Per- sonnel Director, Dr. Koepke is in charge of the testing programs administered to the students. In addition to these tasks, he is the Veterans Counselor, the Selective Serv- ice Director, advisor to the student Dea- conesses, acting head of the Department of Religion, and a member of several univer- sity committees and of the University Senate. HEALTH CENTER The Health Center is vitally concerned With supervision of the health of students. Freedom from disease is not a true measure of ones health. Health must be defined in a broader sense. It is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or in- firmity. Dr. Puncher directs the Health Center in terms of this definition.
