It is a Christian organization with a devo- tional part in every meeting and the custom of having a minister for a guest speaker once a semester. This club meets regularly once a month, but it also has special called meetings. A boy who wishes to become a member of the I-li-Y so expresses his desireg and when he has taken the Hi-Y pledge, he becomes a member officially. The officers for the com- ing year are always elected at the end of the preceding year. The club for the most part is very active. These activities include the formal installa- tion of officers and induction of new mem- bers, a father and son banquet, the sponsor- ing of a dance which was called the Stag Drag this year, attending a church as a group, and having a swimming party. Dur- ing the summer, the club also sends two of its members to the national conference in Cleveland.
