Spiritual There have been many new beginnings at Valley View this year. No beginning is as important to us as Christ's followers as a new spiritual beginning. Several students have chosen Christ as their Saviour and want to know more about Him. The Friday after- noon study group was a result of the student week of prayer. We can really see how placing more emphasis on spiritual things has helped us get along better and has boosted morale. Before this school year, religion, for many of us, was just something we did. As a result of our weeks of prayer, Bible camp, and study group, Jesus has come alive. ln the years to come, we hope to see more emphasis on the Christ-centered life and more activities revolving around this subject. We can see His Spirit working in the lives of many of us . . . working to make Valley View a better place for all. fr'-
