Skills are improved by the corrective and development- al training the department offers. How the student approaches the textbook of a particular course is also of concern to Miss Patterson, who coordinates her efforts with those of the classroom teacher. After three trips to the library just to find out where the biography section is, joy turns to hysteria as you rush to the library Monday afternoon, only to find a closed room full of gossiping teachers. Even when the student leaves ample time to finish a report, Qlike one weekendj, he can be heard exclaiming, Whad'ya mean magazines don't circulate?
