• Student Life Life at Valley Park High School is more than just academics. This year was a year filled with achieve- ments , activities and distinctions for the students. One of the many activities the students become involved with this year was the beginning of a new event, ' 'THE HARVEST FESTIVAL''. On the right there's Doug Moon the ' 'Galloping Gourment'', making money for Student Council. At the bottom left is Lucinda Campbell with the balloons that the clowns lost. And on the bottom right there's Bernice Jessen and Janet Craft dressed as clowns to sell balloons for the juniors. The Harvest Festival turned out to be a super money making event for several groups, not to mention a fantastic time had by each and every student, even the elementary too ! Each year the entire student body combines together to create spirit and enthusiasm for the basketball sea- son. This is the main purpose of our Spirit Week!
