In addition to the bene- fit of providing courses to our teachers, the district has received approximately $17,000.00 in Equipment and Instruc- tional supplies, which will remain in the district after the project terminates. Another benefit of Teacher Corps to the school was the availability of funds for the Adult Study Program which provided evening courses to the community at a greatly reduced fee. Courses were of- fered for the past three semesters, and averaged approximately 100 participants each semester. Also, as part of the com- munity component, four teacher aides were employed to work with the teach- ers in the classrooms and offices.
