M255 ff amy As freshmen we entered Villey yyuth .1 luttle tear and much excutement un our hearts XX e vuere amcuous to get unto the syuunu, ot hugh school XY e began by electunye our class otfucers who proued to be capable leaders throughout the year They vuere Presudent erry Moreman Vuce Presudent Rosemary Smaltz Secretary Don Bowman and Tu-eggufgf 0 Ann Bunch The class felt proud as they watched theur chouces erry Moreman and Io Ann Bunch enter the gym un the processuon as the candudates for Kung and ueen ot the Carnuu ul Our popular blue eyed blond Vurgunua Burger and handsome Norbert Spencer vsere elected Muss Ireshman and Mr Ireshman XVhen Chrustmas tume rolled around these two typucal students vuere our candudates tor Merry Chrustmas and Noel Luttle Marulyn Brown was Ireshman Gurl of the Month and nuce loolcung Ronald Hard avs ay was the Boy ot the Month dent Marulyn Hatmacher as our Vuce Presudent oan Rongutsch as the Secretary and Carole Otus as the Treasurer Luz Ruchardson was Muss Sophomore and yyell lulced Les Loyless was Mr Sophomore Vux acuous oan Rongutsch and handsome Wade Doyle were our Gurl and Boy of the Month Attractuye Charlotte Kung and hard vuorlcung Don Gray danced to the Chrustmas musuc as our Merry Chrustmas and Noel candudates Carole Otus wuth those pretty eyes represented us un the Muss Valley Hugh contest The class used Lux soap galore when they found that oan Rongutseh had been chosen as one of the contestants un Louusyulle for the honor of The Most Beautuful Iufteen Year Old un the Unuted States In our unuor year Wally Englush found humself Presudent of the class He had Nor bert Spencer as Vuce Presudent Peggy Suewert as Secretary and Luz Ruchardson as Treas urer to help hum that year Our all around gal Geraldune Thuelmeuer and that eyer popular Norbert Spencer were elected Muss and Mr unuor Peggy Suewert and Don Gray were our Merry Chrustmas and Noel candudates The class worked had to put theur candudates for Mr and Muss Valley Hugh over the top un the contest Wally Englush and Luz Ruchardson were crowned Mr and Muss Valley Hugh of 1950 51 on October 31 Marulyn Hatmacher and Don Hucks were the unuor s Gurl and Boy of the Month When the Prom season arruu ed the commuttees worked hard to produce a rosy dance whuch was enjoyed by everyone who attended Lous Lamkun was the Prom ueen SENIORS' Gosh that sounded good' Yes we had funally made ut Noyember was a dusastrous month All the Senuors suddenly had cruppled hands They were weughted down wuth those long wushed for class rungs The countung of the yotes showed Don Gray the class Presudent Reguna Grant our Vuce Presudent Dorothy Florence as our Secretary and jo Faught as the Treasurer The class presented an Operetta entutled Belle of Bagdad as somethung a luttle duffer ent Playung three nughts ut brought a good many people out to enjoy the musucal comedy Our tuny blue eyed blond Roxue Snellen was the Senuor Gurl of the Month and foot ball star jummy Dooluttle was the Boy of the Month Ronald Hardaway was Noel In the annual popularuty contest, Les Loyless and Marue Roederer won the tutles of Mr and Muss Senuor Our Peggy Suewert was crowned Merry Chrustmas of '51 Four short years have passed and we are proud to say we were a part of thus wonderful class I ..i..i..1... -S ' ' - A ' 5 - f v . . ,f A , . .
