The policies formulated by the Board of Education are carried out by Mr. John A. Radka, superintendent, and Mr. Ercil Little, principal. Mr. Radka, who has been principal at Valley for the past two years, has stepped into the position of superintendent of the Spoon River Valley Unit. We would like to offer our congratulations and our sincere wishes that he will be at Valley for many future years. Mr. Little, who has taught business education and held the position of assistant coach in the past, has taken over as principal this year.
