When did this squad ever loose spirit when the chips were down? Where did they get such unity and uniqueness? Why did the word senior mean eight times more to them? The 1983-84 Songleaders are related to all these questions. The squad con- tributed much time, effort, and spirit to every event during the school year. Outside of school, the Songleaders also proved to be superior. During the summer they attended the National Cheerleaders Association camp at ULCA. They received an award of excellence, and NCA's coveted Most Superior Award. is QW?
