Valley High's Boys Golf Team will be hard pressed to equal last year's 14 win and 2 loss dual record and 1st place in the Sunset Division. The Vikings also qualified for the Zone Tournament and were one of three teams from the Southern Zone in the State Tour- nament. The Vikings finished fourth in the State Tournament. 'This year's team will be young and inexperienced. The only starter returning this year will be Mike Schindler who carried a 40 average last year. Other returning lettermen include Sophomores John Curtis and Fred Doumani. Other hopefuls include Jeff Haynes, Jeff Fine, John McDonough, Robert Fay, Jim Egidio, john Cwularte, and Phil Ranallif' says Coach Schlekewy.
